A tribute to “les Bleus”

The “total” sport and media grabber, many of whose players attain “godlike” status, football is above all a cultural phenomenon that crosses frontiers. And France's national team, “les Bleus”, are no exception to the rule.

The French Football Federation (FFF) and Ina have created the biggest archive of images ever put together on the French national team. You will find footage from 141 matches played at home by the French team, whether during the World Cup, the UEFA Cup, qualifying matches or friendlies. The footage naturally features some of the most legendary footballers who have played for the national side, including Raymond Kopa, Michel Platini, Alain Giresse, Eric Cantona, Zinédine Zidane and Laurent Blanc.
