TF1 Actu takes you to the heart of world news

“Good evening Ladies and Gentlemen”

TF1 Actualités is an internationally acknowledged trademark, grouping all the daily news broadcasts (at 1 pm and 8 pm) shown on France's first channel from 30 July 1982 to 31 December 2006. Star newscasters including the “double act” formed by Marie-Laure Augry and Yves Mourousi, and then household names such as Jean-Pierre Pernaut, Patrick Poivre d’Arvor and Claire Chazal, present the international news, politics, the economy, legal cases, the arts and sport. Studio guests, reportages, first-hand accounts and reports from special correspondents all throw light on topics in the news.

News put into perspective

TF1 Actu also includes news programmes put together by the TF1 editorial teams and shown between 1982 and 2006, be they news magazines, special editions or political debates. Among their number are “7 sur 7” presented by Anne Sinclair, “Le club de l’enjeu”, “Grands reportages”, “Les mercredi de l’info”, and substantial coverage of the presidential and parliamentary elections.

Sports programmes

TF1 Actu also covers the channel's sports programmes, from 1982 to 1989, from “Telefoot” to “Auto Moto”, a host of features on football and motor sports.
