The information collected is stored in digital format by the French National Audiovisual Institute (INA) for use in processing your request for access. The legal basis for this is the contract.

The data collected will be passed to the INA sales department.

Your data will be kept throughout the contractual relationship (during the access period). If your request is refused, your data will be deleted after one month.

You can access the data about you, correct it, ask for it to be deleted or exercise your right to limit its use. You can also exercise your right over the portability of your data.
